Intro to Sourdough Part 3

Tuesdays, Oct. 31, Nov 7, Nov. 14 and Nov 21, 6-7:30

This four-session class covers all of the basic information and hands-on learning for making delicious sourdough bread from your home oven. The series will culminate with the last class held at the Gettysburg Baking Co. where you’ll “fly solo.” Tool kits are available for purchase.
